Silver Award winner in the 2012 Western Australian Tourism Awards

WA Tourism AwardWe’re delighted to announce Outback Spirit Tours was awarded SILVER medal in the prestigious 2012 Western Australian Tourism Awards in the category: Major Tour and/or Transport Operator.

At a spectacular Gala Evening in Perth on Saturday 10th November, Courtney Ellis accepted the award on behalf of the company and staff. The award is further acknowledgement of the extraordinary experiences offered by Outback Spirit Tours, who share their passion for adventure with like-minded Australians on exceptional Kimberley expeditions, tours to the Pilbara and the South West including the magnificent wildflower season.

In 2011 Outback Spirit Tours expanded their Western Australian operation with the opening of Ngauwudu Safari Lodge on the Mitchell Plateau. At a cost of $4 million dollars, the camp was built to allow the company to develop their offering in the Kimberley region. A Broome operations centre has also been established.

Co-owners, Courtney Ellis and Andre Ellis take the opportunity to thank their staff for the enormous contribution to the success of Outback Spirit Tours.
