Luggage Limits
The luggage limits for each passenger are as follows:
- One (1) medium sized soft bag or suitcase weighing no more than 16kg per person* (see exceptions below). The sum of the case’s length (L), width (W) and depth (D) is not to exceed 140cm.
- One (1) hand luggage/backpack to be stored in the overhead racks weighing no more than 3kg per person.
- CPAP machines must be included in the total luggage allowance stipulated below, and carried as hand luggage on transportation due to their delicate nature. While we offer 240v power to the majority of our Lodges, please be advised that given the remoteness of our locations, we operate a mixture of solar and generator power supplies and recommend that you bring your own travel batteries and keep them fully charged at all times.
- Please ensure all items, including your hand luggage/backpack are clearly marked with your name or personal tag ie. coloured ribbon.
Luggage limits are enforced for every tour. These limits are in place to ensure fairness for all passengers and to comply with the Australian Work Health and Safety Regulations for our crew.
