We understand travel plans can change and that our guests are looking for peace of mind when booking a holiday. We’re committed to providing you with confidence and flexibility, so you can relax knowing you’ll be taken care of and can look forward to an outback adventure of a lifetime. 

We now offer fully refundable Fully Flexible fares, that allow you to postpone or cancel your journey for any reason up to one day prior to your travel date without incurring amendment or cancellation fees. Fully Flexible Fares provide absolute peace of mind that should your travel needs change, you’re covered.   

For our Everyday fares, changes and amendments to your booking can be made up until 45 days prior to departure. Amendment fees from any third parties who are supplying components of the booking (for example airlines, hotels or attractions) may apply. In the event of us not being able to operate your journey due to Government enacted border closures, we will provide you with a credit voucher equal to full monies paid under the booking which can be used for any Outback Spirit or Journey Beyond travel experience.
