Deposit  20% of the Journey Price due upon Booking.
Final Payment Due 60 days prior to the Journey.
Guest Amendments1 Change requests permitted up to 72 hours prior to commencement of the Journey.
Amendment Fee 2 No charge.
14 Day Change of Mind Policy   –
Guest Cancellations All deposits are non-refundable.
For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the Journey, only the deposit will be forfeited. Flight cancellation fees will apply.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the Journey, there will be no refund.

1If the amendment is within the same fishing season (i.e. Build-Up or Run-Off). Subject to availability and amendment fees charged by Independent Suppliers for flights. If the amendment is for a different fishing season, we will require at least 14 days’ notice prior to the commencement of the Journey.

2Any fees charged by Independent Suppliers must be paid by you prior to us confirming amended travel dates for your Journey.
